I was the "try 'em all" athlete—tennis, lacrosse, softball—never considering myself particularly drawn to one area of fitness. After graduation, I knew I needed to find a new way to challenge myself and stay fit.
After a few years of experimenting with bodybuilding, group fitness, and marathon training, I discovered functional fitness and experienced the transformative results I’d been searching for—both physically and mentally. This ignited a passion to share the power of fitness with others, leading me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Along with being a Personal Trainer, I am also a corporate professional with experience in Fortune 50 environments and serve on non-profit leadership boards in my community. I am fluent in Spanish and have a proven ability to drive results in diverse environments. My goal is to foster a supportive and motivating community where clients achieve their fitness goals through challenging workouts and personalized coaching. My mission is to empower individuals to not only improve their physical fitness but also enhance their overall well-being through effective training and evidence-based practices. I have experience coaching men and women with a range of different skill levels and ages. I am passionate about what I do and would love to share the benefits of a well-rounded, sustainable, healthy lifestyle with you. Outside of the gym, I love to ski, explore (currently conquering one national park each year), train for marathons, bake cookies, and cheer on Pittsburgh sports teams with my dad! |
