As a Registered Nurse for over 16 years and CrossFit coach for almost 10 years, I’m dedicated to helping clients and members, not only get stronger and more fit, but also do so safely and sustainably.
I found Crossfit in 2013. The community and group class components kept me consistent with the sport while building relationships along the way. I quickly acquired my CrossFit Level 1 Certification and began coaching classes including an entry level class to help members become more comfortable with the more complex movements. Whether you’re aiming to improve your overall health, train for a competition, or build functional strength, my coaching style focuses on personalized, goal-oriented training. My background in nursing gives me the knowledge to prioritize overall well-being while ensuring that every workout is both effective and safe.
