I’ve been a group fitness coach and personal trainer for a little over 2 years. Throughout my time working with people of different ages, compositions, and motivations for exercising, I’ve found that the best workout is the one that you will do. I’m a firm believer in making exercise an enjoyable and engaging part of your day by creating a fun, high energy, and positive environment that gets people excited to workout. With time and consistency, this is the recipe I use to help my clients achieve their goals.
I fell into the world of coaching through a complete accident. I was placed at a different CrossFit gym as an intern to fulfill a requirement in my school’s program. While I had always worked out at various commercial gyms since the start of high school, I had no idea what CrossFit was. After 5 long months of being a scared to fail student and learning what CrossFit was, I fell in love with coaching. I was fortunate enough to be hired after my internship ended and my coaching journey was officially kicked off. Since then, I have been leading group fitness classes and taking on personal training clients. I hold a CrossFit Level 1 (L1) Certification, a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and am currently finishing my Masters in Athletic Training degree from Thomas Jefferson University. My formal education, experiences as a coach, and passion to help others achieve their goals help me to create science based yet realistic workouts tailored to each individual client. |
