Services
Personal Training &
Group Fitness One plan does not fit all. We use a mix of steady-state cardio, high intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance and weight training. From there, we customize the training volume, frequency, weights, and intensity to best meet your unique goals.

Nutrition
Overall health and fitness does not come from just working out. Incorporating proper nutrition over the course of your training, and life, will help you reach your desired fitness or wellness goals. More importantly, it will help you create lasting healthy habits. This approach looks different for each client. We will design measurable and achievable goals to hit every day, week, and month.

Accountability
There is no shortage of information on health and fitness. The world is full of ways to workout and eat, but our largest obstacle is often consistency. We create accountability with frequent check ins via your preferred method of communication: text, phone, or video conferencing. This ensures you stay on top of the small habits that will lead to your goals

Recovery
Recovery is essential to consistent training. They who recover the most, can train the longest. At Philly Personal Fitness, we prioritize recovery to reduce the risk of injury and will allow you to maximize your potential in each session. Our focus on stretching, mobility and attention to good sleep habits adds extra value to your individualized training program.

Philly personal fitness has been a game changer for me. I started my journey towards better health years ago, and after an 80lb weight loss I plateaued, I lost all my strength, and started to go in the wrong direction again.
