I never expected to end up here … I was a dancer for the first 23 years of my life, and I never played a sport or considered myself the least bit athletic. When I stopped dancing after college, I knew I needed to find another way to move my body.
After a few years of doing nothing but cardio, followed by a few years of bouncing around to every boutique group fitness studio imaginable, I eventually discovered strength training and finally saw and felt the results I always wanted—and more. I became so passionate about sharing the benefits of strength training with others that I eventually pivoted careers from full-time graphic designer to full-time personal trainer and group fitness coach.
I'm a NASM Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (SFG1), ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and PN Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery certified. I got my start in the fitness industry teaching group classes at F45 Training and City Fitness and training clients at Philly's newest members-only social club, Fitler Club. I have trained both men and women of all fitness levels ranging from ages 22 to 62.
My goal is to create a fun and safe environment where my clients build strength and confidence by celebrating small wins and hitting performance-based goals. My mission is not only to help others look and feel more fit, but to empower them to get stronger, move better, and improve their overall quality of life through smart training and science-backed education.
I'm a Type-A human who loves early mornings, a good cup of coffee, cooking, dance breaks, and house and disco music. Fun fact: I can DJ!
