I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and have been training individual and group fitness for over 3 years. I have a background in Physical Therapy and received my doctorate from Thomas Jefferson University. Throughout my career, I have found success in training a variety of motivated individuals ranging from those just beginning their fitness journey to high level athletes. My advanced knowledge of body mechanics allows me to help clients of all levels of fitness.
My fitness journey began with track and field where I competed as a decathlete in college. Eventually, I found CrossFit where I developed a love for general health and wellness while moving safely and utilizing infinitely scaleable movements.
Throughout my career, clients have described me as patient, caring, and considerate. Through clear communication with my clients, I'm able to create an achievable and measurable program to help them reach their goals.
My vision is to bring an enthusiastic and energetic charisma to functional fitness. Also, I provide individuals with graded exposure to movement in a controlled environment, so that they can reach their goals and realize their full potential mentally and physically.
