I’ve been a group and personal trainer in Philly for over 10 years in addition to being a Registered Nurse in the intensive care unit. In recognizing the disconnect between healthcare and being healthy, I decided to create a platform that encompasses all angles of heath and wellness: training, nutrition, and recovery.
For years, I trained hard and adjusted my eating habits with little success. It was not until I held myself accountable to those three pillars of fitness that I was able to achieve small measurable goals. Using this same process, I believe I can help you achieve the freedom to enjoy a healthier life and the benefits of a healthier body and mind. I'm passionate about helping people. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each of my clients while focusing on consistent training, goal centered nutrition, and accountability by taking a down-to-earth, relatable approach.
